PURPOSE
'Job Seekers' is a Cole service for those seeking jobs and consists of three components - Job-Seekers Encourage Group(J-SEG for men), Job Seekers Support Group (J-SSG for women) and Job Seekers Postings. Job seekers can be those who are unemployed and seeking work, or those who want to change jobs and are seeking new work. 'Job Seekers' is not for those who are seeking new business contacts to sustain or grow their businesses, such as consultants and contractors. For more information on 'Job Seekers for Men' contact Jon Dodson, 376-2203, or for information on ‘Job Seekers for Women’ contact Stacy Harshman, or the Cole Church Office, 375-3565.

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Prov. 16:3.
Networking (making use of contacts) is credited for over 75% of all job placements. A person seeking a job networks with family, friends, associates, professional contacts, and others to broadcast job needs and interests in anticipation of obtaining job leads and job contacts. Cole
is too large for everyone to know everyone else, so those seeking jobs can make their job needs and interests known to the congregation through posting of their resumes and other information. This is basically a reverse form of networking because the congregation must be pro-active in learning who in the congregation is a job seeker and how they might help. This reverse networking facilitates promoting 'Job Seekers' to the congregation through various means, including this website. Access current job seekers at Cole through the following link.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Gal. 6:10
