We invited Asher Sarjent to join us to be part of our deliberations as we both begin to consider him joining Cole Community’s Elder Board.
We also acknowledged Steve Evans and his exceptional years of service as an elder as it was his last meeting before stepping down. Steve will continue on as part of our church staff until the end of the year. Asher and Steve will continue to lead our staff in the day to day operations of our church. Asher has been asked to assume leadership of the staff leadership team.
