Mike Beacham

After being raised in a Catholic family and having a grounded knowledge of God, Mike really grew close to Christ in college. God worked through many friends (including his now wife, Becky) to bring Mike into a relationship with him and to realize what a personal relationship with Christ is all about. Since then, Mike has been engaged in studies, various forms of discipleship, and ministries as part of whichever church he was attending.

Mike and his wife Becky moved to Boise in 2015, and have been attending Cole with their two children, Luke and Grace, since then. They love to play ultimate frisbee, race cars, go camping, and have quality time with family and friends.

Josh Hamilton

Josh Hamilton

Josh was raised in a Christian home from childhood in Missoula Montana, spending two years in Taiwan as a missionary kid.  When he went to college at Montana State University Josh’s faith became much deeper as he became heavily involved with the InterVarsity chapter on campus.  It was through InterVarsity that Josh met his wife Megan.  They got married in 2014 after leaving college and then moved to Boise.  They started attending Cole in early 2019 after their first child turned two, and they needed to find a church closer to their home.  They now attend Cole Community with their two children Emma and Max.  You can find him most weeks at church on the front right side of the sanctuary helping corral a crowd of children.

Kirk Crager

Kirk and his wife Mindy have been married since 2001 and have four children in their teen and college years. Kirk grew up in Boise and came to know Christ when he was 19 while attending Boise State University. Jesus radically changed his life and led him on a journey of discipleship and ministry that has included serving in youth ministry, inner-city missions, non-profit ministry, and as a missionary lead pastor in Europe. The Crager family returned to Boise in 2018 with a calling to help grow God’s kingdom here. Since then, he has pastored, preached, led missions, and discipled leaders in two local churches. He’s been helping believers live life together in community and live connected to the mission of God. His passion is for the church to be a community that is biblical, simple, and relevant in engaging our culture with the gospel.

Jim Heuring

Jim grew up in a small German Catholic community in Minnesota. His parents and 8 other siblings (6 sisters and 2 brothers) had a huge impact on him. He was introduced to Jesus on Sunday mornings, but it wasn’t until he moved to Idaho in his mid-20’s that he began to discover what Jesus really meant to him. With the example of his wife Rita, Jim began to follow Christ. They have 3 grown daughters and enjoy being grandparents. Jim loves the fellowship of men, listening to people’s life stories, and discovering how Christ redeems the wounds of our past and uses them for good. Jim loves getting up early with Jesus, being a grandparent, backpacking with his son-in-laws, and exercising in the great outdoors.
