The Elders have completed the job description updates for the Lead Pastor and expect to have the advertisement out this week. The Search Committee will begin to review current and new applications as they come in.

A Cole Global Outreach Committee is in the process of being formed and will begin to make contact with our Field Staff and Long Term Global Workers over the next few weeks.

Jim Schnereger is now the acting Chairman, and Jim Heuring is the Vice Chairman. Duane Gray is now the Secretary. Note: Duane Gray resigned from the Elder Board Oct. 2022.

Art Ortman and Ron Hilbrands will be stepping off of the Elder Board at the end of September. Both have a desire to help the church in a new way by providing leadership and support to the church staff.
