The Lord has blessed us with several promising applicants for the Lead Teaching Pastor position, and the Search Committee has begun conducting online video conference interviews with them. After all online interviews have been completed, the committee will send its recommendation to the elders. The candidate that the elders approve will be brought to Boise for further rounds of interviews and an opportunity to preach on a Sunday before the final decision is made. Please continue to pray for the Lord to guide the Search Committee, the candidates, and the elders as they seek to discern God’s will.
