Mary Ann Porter

Women’s Ministries

Mary Ann began attending Cole in 1997. She has been leading women’s Bible studies since 2002. Helping women personally connect to and apply God’s transformative truth is her greatest passion. Mary Ann joined the staff at Cole in 2016 to serve as a pastor in Women’s Ministry, where she shepherds Women’s Bible Study, The Widow Connection and Helping Hands. She job shares the position alongside Yvette Westendorf.

Originally from Wyoming, she attended college in Texas and worked in the semiconductor industry before moving to Boise to raise her family. Mary Ann has served on Women’s Conference teams, the Women’s Council, and in other areas where her computer skills could be put to use.

Mary Ann has two daughters and a son. She enjoys reading, time with family and friends, gardening and (ahem) geeking out.
